    The platform is configured to the blueprint; your historical data is migrated and verified. Weekly checkpoint demos — you see progress, not promises.

  3. WK 9–11 · UAT & TRAINING

    UAT & training

    Your team certifies every workflow against the blueprint. We train officers, supervisors, and administrators on your configuration.

  4. WK 12 · GO-LIVE

    Go-live

    Cutover with our engineers on-site. Hypercare support until the first month-end close.
